Fred

needs a sensitive and patient owner who will give him some extra time to adjust and blossom. 
He 
is a reserved little guy and quite nervous and skittish if he is approached too quickly. However, he has come leaps and bounds from where he used to be, and he does enjoy calm petting in a calm environment. He has a playful side and does enjoy toys! Fred enjoys the company of other cats (we think they make him feel secure), but he would probably do fine alone as well.
